One of Australia’s most recognised child psychologists, Kimberley O’Brien, has written about the use of Quirky Kid Clinic resources to aid in reducing school refusal among children.
As Principal Psychologist at the Quirky Kid Clinic in NSW, and author of Quirky Kid Clinic resources, Kimberley will be running a practical workshop that draws on the new range of resources by the Quirky Kid Clinic designed for use with children, adolescents and families at home, school and in the clinic setting.
Designed for developmental psychologists, educators, social workers and human resources professionals, this workshop includes clinical case examples to illustrate how to use therapeutic resources to address a broad range of issues. Practitioners will learn how to maintain the client’s interest while also addressing the therapeutic issues in this fun, fast-paced program.
